At an early age
Julian "Ju" Joyner knew that he wanted to be in radio. His father Dr.
Ronnie D. Joyner produced a weekly radio broadcast which included his
sons Ronnie II and Julian. Dr. Joyner would also take Ronnie II (Ronboy)
and Julian (Ju) to the Radio station (WPCE 1400) while doing a 1 hour
talk radio broadcast called Crusade for Christ that co-hosted along with
Bishop L.E. Willis. Both Ron & Ju would be the guest announcers for the
nationally based program. Julian has never lost the itch for radio. He
is a graduate of Norfolk State University earning a degree in Mass
Communications. After his tenure at NSU he was hired by Willis
Broadcasting as the Morning Show host on their station affiliate WGPL
1350. He then became production manager, and is currently Program
Director.
Ju felt a need to
create his own show that would be streamed on the internet called "The
Ju Joyner Show." The internationally based show features interviews from
the top artists in the Gospel Music Industry, a concert-like production
called "Ju Joyner presents," and the best in gospel
 music. Ju is
venturing out into internet TV hosting a show on You Tube also called
The Ju Joyner Show.
Ju now has someone
to share his blessings with. On March 8, 2008 Trin'ea Sanderlin swept Ju
off his feet and they entered into martial bliss. |
